WP 4 : Designing a Label

Objectif : This final phase aims to implement evaluations that will size the labeling process, including its effective implementation. This includes: the labeling process, the operation mode of the partnership with CSA and the Port of Guadeloupe, financial conditions, etc.

WP 1 : Implementation of an environmental diagnosis

Objectif : This initial phase of work involves preparing for the effective implementation of the project. Once the partner ports have been identified, it consists of developing a working methodology, creating diagnostic tools, defining suitable parameters (environmental score, criticality matrix), and selecting input data to collect for each port. Environmental diagnoses will highlight environmental issues for each port as well as the most relevant indicators.

WP 3 : Integration of a Strategy

Objectif : This phase involves analyzing a set of factors external to the ports that will highlight, for each port, the most appropriate strategy for integration. The aim is to identify and assess, for each port, the technical ecosystem, the skills present in each territory, the links between port partners, and the general requirements of environmental regulations or management standards.
